Understands and follows departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.
Works closely to provide all business units with relevant technical support and after sales services for their customers.
Provides customers with the first level of support within service level agreements ensuring product installations, software implementations, warranty, and after sales services are effectively achieved.
Checks pre-installation requirements and site preparations for new hardware installations.
Prepares systems for installation of applications products.
Handles all problems concerning maintenance contracts, warranties and time and material calls.
Troubleshoots hardware, software, peripheral, and operating system performance issues.
Handles warranty contracts through following up product issues, performing phone and on site diagnostic visits, and checking relevant spare parts.
Discusses product problems related in contracts and warranty and follows up with vendor response centers.
Promptly reports any customer raised concerns or complaints to management team.
Monitors customer requirements and conveys them to the organization to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Attends technical courses needed to achieve unit certifications.
- B. Sc. of Electrical Engineering, Communications& Electronics Engineering.
- Min. 3 years of experience in a relevant position and field.
- previous experience within Power Transformers Manufacturing is a must.
- proficiency in English (writing & speaking)
- above intermediate in speaking & writing french is a must.
