المطلوب كم الراتب المتوقع لموظف سيقوم بكل هذه المهام اللتي ارى انها تشكل مدير موارد بشرية لوحده فكما ترون علاقات حكومية واصدار خطابات وكتابة عقود يعني بصراحة بتاع كله فاتمنى نصيحتك قبل ان ادخل للمقابلة حتى اعرف ماذا اطلب علما اني اتوقع ان راتبها الاجمالي يتعدى 10 الاف لكني اطلب نصيحة الخبراء


Job Title: Associate - HR

The Person hired will be a part of our Human Resources team. He would be responsible for handling the Talent Engagmenet processes in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in conjunction with the direction of the HR team from our Head Office.

His Responsibilities will include the following:

a. Driving people processes like Appraisals, confirmations, G&O setting
b. Contracts creation, maintenance and employee records maintenance
c. Handle disciplinary actions and labor office relations
d. Processing Nodues, Final Settlements and exit formalities
e. Issuance of HR letters
f. Employee engagement by emails, meetings, open houses, etc.
Skills
Ideal candidate should be a Saudi National having good fluency in english and Arabic.

He should have a BS degree in MIS/ Management/ any other stream. with at least 1 -3 years of experience in handling HR processes in a large organization.

He should be able to work in a multilingual and multicultural environment.

he should be ready to travel to different locations in the kingdom for short term durations
