i am a new member here, i was trying to download the file to see whats it like to add my comment, i was surprised to see the pop up window saying YOU CANNOT download the file because you have no participation in the forum!!!!! this is ridiculous to be honest with you, if i have something to say then i will write down something useful if not then what do you expect me to write??!!!!
See for yourselfs the non Arabic HR forum, you sign in and start benefiting from the material they have
Please do something about this.
