Job Description:

Responsibilities


This role will focus on the timely, accurate input of data into OHR and PeopleSoft, and building and maintaining productive relationships with client and HR partners.
Job responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Responsible for accurate data input into OHR and PeopleSoft, including data validation.

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Business Unit HR client groups.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Foster productive working relationships with related processing groups (Benefits, Payroll, etc.).

Acquire and maintain expertise in systems (OHR, PeopleSoft) and processes to enable accurate processing.

Demonstrate knowledge of data and organizations supported; complete "reasonableness checks" on data received for input.

Respond to client inquiries within defined timeframes and follow problem resolution procedures.

Run Web-I reports.

Identify process improvement opportunities.

Assist in providing process and procedure training.

Assist in end user testing.

Maintain HR Central Files, including I-9s and compliance/integrity documentation.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources environment or related field


Customer-oriented individual with problem solving skills

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle a heavy workload, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

Ability to compile and analyze data
